Virtual Community Workshop: Addressing Burnout

$50.00

Minds en Place’s Virtual Community Workshop series kicks off with our Addressing Burnout Workshop.

This workshop will cover the mental health continuum and empower people with the knowledge they need on how to identify and alleviate symptoms of burnout within themselves and others. You’ll also learn how to set boundaries in a positive manner in your work and personal lives in this 1.5-hour-long workshop held virtually.

You won’t be required to have your camera on or engage, as we will deliver this to a big group virtually. Just have the means to take down any notes if you wish to. There will also be the chance to submit some questions to be answered at the end, too.

Our workshops are suitable for people from all walks of life and all industries. They are not hospitality-specific. Anyone seeking tailored workshops should seek to undergo our organisation workshops and contact us at contact@mindsenplace.com.

Our upcoming virtual Addressing Burnout Workshop dates are:

  • 7pm–8.30pm AEST
    Wednesday, 18 October 2023

  • 7pm–8.30pm AEST
    Tuesday, 31 October 2023

Please select the date that suits you best during the checkout process. A link to the virtual session will be emailed in advance. Please also note any accessibility requirements during the checkout process.

For any questions or concerns regarding our workshops, please contact us at contact@mindsenplace.com.

Please note: We will require a minimum of 10 people to attend each session. If the session is unable to go ahead, we will contact you via email at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a credit or a refund.
